Meet the Founder
I bring nearly 30 years of federal government service, working primarily at the Central Intelligence Agency, where I led, operated, and thrived in some of the most demanding professional environments.
Out of that experience, I founded SeaGlass Concepts LLC to translate hard-won lessons in resilience, leadership, and growth into practical tools for today’s leaders.
I design and deliver unique in-person and virtual resilience and leadership training, translating real-life lessons into actionable strategies that help organizations build resilient mindsets, strengthen team cohesion, and sustain long-term effectiveness.
SeaGlass Concepts is based in the Washington, DC area and can provide virtual and on-site training to teams and organizations nationwide.
